Seirei no Moribito is turning out to be a great series. While the only group subbing Anime-Kraze has some technical issues with their subs. (They can only play with VLC or else you can't hear the dialog audio.) Their video and sub quality is rather good. So just download VLC and enjoy.
The series follows a warrior woman Balsa who is picked up by the palace guards to meet with the wife of the emperor and asked to take the prince away to safety. As it is believed that he has become possessed and that it would look bad if the pure emperor son has been tainted. and the mother fears that her son is now being targeted for assassination. (which he has been as balsa saved his life at the beginning of the show after his caravan was mysteriously stopped on a bridge and him thrown over board.) Balsa who is on a mission to pay back past debts agrees to take on the mission and steals away with the prince to protect him.
The series picks up pretty quickly as they are now being hunted by the palace private guards. Who manage to injure our heroine but she manages to come back and save the prince. But they have to hide out at some friends place until she can heal. That's when things get strange with odd visitors and help.
This is definitely a thinker show with lots of drama and action and great character development. If your not watching this series you should start you will be smarter for it. Plus you will have some great entertainment.
